  There was another review about this particular store, where they follow you around, act super awkward, and borderline hostile- and I agree. Of course, my experience had to do with my drink leaking, and one of the associates coming to scold me for it while I was getting serviced through an in-store special brand demo. I felt SO embarrassed for not just the drink spill. But also the way the associate who was assisting me with my purchases, seemed to be very short, and judgmental of me. I felt TOO uncomfortable there- I didn’t feel like I wanted to buy everything I intended to- and I’m glad for that.

  I need the dear Sephora worker named Jose to stand up and receive the biggest round of applause. Jose is the most amazing Sephora worker I have ever come across, he is attentive, extremely sweet, and super honest. He will tell you the truth about any product and will listen carefully to your hair needs and choose the absolute best products for your hair. Every single product I came in to by he redirected me to an even better product. Thanks to him I am living for my current hair it’s never been better thanks to him.

  I usually like to browse the aisles and look around. This time I went for a fragrance. When I walked in a very nice greeter pointed out where the fragrance was. I headed towards that section. After looking at the fragrance, I went to look down the aisles. Another employee then proceeded to follow me around the store watching me. I eventually felt so uncomfortable that I left. I understand that people steel from stores, but I feel like she was over bearing. For sure will not be going back to that store and honestly taking my business elsewhere. The funny thing is, I went into the free people across the way… they did not treat me like this. I also went to urban outfitters…they didn’t bat an eye. Oh well.

  I came here for a few restocks on my fav products… the summer Fridays lip balm, Paula’s choice exfoliant, and something from the inkey list. I left the store feeling so happy, loved, and treated well because of one of the employees Sammy. They were incredibly caring, helped me find a new product for a few acne scars, and just overall was incredibly supportive, helpful, and genuine. I had such an amazing experience at Sephora because of them!! To Sammy: thank you so much and please keep doing what you are doing because you are such a genuine soul and I hope you shine your light everywhere! The world needs more people like you :) 💗✨
