Hair is bad and a half or walk in public like that why do you hire somebody that doesn’t know how to cut hair every time I go the back great clips they’re always somebody new. I will never go back there again and I would just let my friends know not to go there either and I’m sorry.

My stylist, Jose, was polite and tried his best, but one area of improvement would be listening more closely to the customer’s preferences rather than pushing his own ideas. I requested a shorter, balder fade for a modern mullet, but was persuaded to keep more length for blending purposes. Being a bit weary I trusted the process and was reassured that if I didn’t like it at we could alter things. throughout the cut there was debate on preference to which I noted I prefer the bald and not bulk darker look to make it look like I actually got a haircut, eventually I did have to directly insist for the balder adjustment. At that point, I was told that making the correction would essentially be a “second haircut.” While the fade was eventually tweaked, the result still wasn’t what I asked for—Jose himself admitted that the fade wasn’t ideal and that the first attempt looked better but that this second one had to be rushed and so that’s why it isn’t getting the same attention. Jose did me a solid by not charging for a second haircut so I’m giving him grace there but i didn’t come out of there happy with what I got sadly and hope this plants the seed for improvement. I don’t often go out for haircuts, and this experience unfortunately left me discouraged from returning to Great Clips
