Cutting my hair completely dry pulling the hair of the roots. Never sparyed water. 30years of cutting my hair. Never experienced a worst cut in my life like here. Even people that can't communicate well does a better job for half the price.A complete waste of time and money. Worst Experience. I have to shave my hair of completely because of this.

My friends had a bad experience there too, but I still went to see for myself. These people are clueless. If they don't have time for walk-ins, why don't they just say they're full? I'm never going back, and I'm telling my friends not to either.
