  One employee out of all who were working there exceeded my expectations. This was on April 6th at around 2PM-2:30PM. Excellent customer service, friendly and patient. I rarely go into Sephora because of how rude the employees are and this store is no exception to that but the lady with the long red hair up front is excellent! She took the time to help me pick out eyebrow makeup and checkout was great, I was having trouble with my card and she was being patient and not bothered by it. Everyone else was rude, this girl passed by me and gave me a shove, others didn't know how to say excuse me just walked right in front of product I was looking for and out on the floor I couldn't even get someone to help me. It wasn't super busy either. I wish Sephora employees could be more kind!

  I went into the store today for a full face makeup appointment at 11:15 am. I felt so beautiful by the time I left Alicia as my makeup artist. She made me feel comfortable like I was with one of my girlfriends. She was patient forth willing with helping me find the best makeup fit for my night out tonight. I give her 10 stars ⭐️ so sad that she will be leaving. I’m grateful I got the best service with not knowing anything about makeup. Wish you Alicia the best on her new adventures! Know you are awesome! Thank you so much for making me beautiful tonight!

  I had the nicest associate help me pick out 2 different products for redness on my face. Took her time talking me through stuff and even offered more helpful tips. She was calm and not pushy and didn’t make me feel self conscience about stuff. Wish I remembered her name!

  The staff member whenever I entered the store she mentioned that when you brought 50$ items you will get two samples free on November 30 2025 but after billing they are saying it’s valid for only some of the items they need to mention that clearly
