She was incredibly patient with me and was willing to try multiple times to get the certificate to work. When it didn't, she explained how I could contact Sephora for additional help which I really appreciated. She was incredibly calm and helpful the whole time. This was especially impressive because there was a very long line of customers (which she breezed through, seemingly without making anyone feel rushed).

I came to pick up an online order & decided to stay a bit to try some powders. During my stay, I was treated with contempt & had to hunt down staff members who were just staring at me for assistance. Also, staff member Sarah told me I could use the vanity area to try on testers & then the manager came up to me & told me I couldn’t sit there. That was embarrassing & rude, never coming back.
