- GNG NOct 31, 20251.0★☆☆☆☆ Disappointing Experience — Not Worth the Extra Cost I paid extra for a deep tissue massage and an added balm treatment, but unfortunately, I never received the deep tissue service I asked for. I had to remind the therapist multiple times to increase the pressure, but she continued to use light pressure throughout the session. I ended up cutting my service short from 80 minutes to 50 minutes because it was not what I paid for. At checkout, I still paid for the session but ultimately canceled my membership. If you’re looking for a true deep tissue massage or attentive service, I would avoid this place they do not deliver what they promise.

The atmosphere is beautiful — a perfect balance of bohemian and sophisticated, creating a calm and relaxing energy the moment you walk in. I especially love the subtle lavender aroma that fills the space and the use of lavender lotion and oils during the massage. It’s such a thoughtful touch since most places charge extra for that, and lavender is known to deeply relax the body and mind. Every massage I’ve received here has met my expectations and left me completely satisfied. On the rare occasion something wasn’t exactly what I hoped for, the owner was very understanding and genuinely valued my feedback, making sure the next session was adjusted to perfection. While the services can be a bit pricey for non-members, the experience and quality absolutely justify it. I do wish they offered longer session options, but overall, The NOW remains one of my top go-to spas whenever I need to unwind or de-stress. A beautiful and consistent experience every time.
