He cut just a sample just a bit less than 2 inches and showed me, asking how much more should he take using his fingers to “measure”. It was perfect. He then asked if I wanted him to cut the split ends. Yes, please. He had an amazing technique that quickly got them all!! Julio was very efficient and friendly but not overly chatty.

She’s very good with my 10 year old who is neurodivergent. She’s very understanding and that helps make his haircut easy. Even if you’re not satisfied with your haircut and the staff agrees to make it right by placing a voucher for next time, don’t count on it. When you come back, you’ll likely find out that no one knows about the agreement, and nothing is noted on your profile. Very disappointing and frustrating experience. You have lost 4 customers at once.
