    I came in just to browse, and Roxy treated me like I was a good friend! She was extremely helpful, giving me her honest opinions about each fragrance, and taking my feedback into account to recommend me some scents I truly enjoyed.

    Great shopping experience as Connor was so super friendly and helpful. To be honest, I thought he was the General Manager, as he was so friendly and willing to stay open later to help me pick out the ideal and perfect gift for my wife’s birthday - thank you Connor as you saved the day.

    I purchased a few items last Tuesday and the lady who helped me was very sweet, patient and helpful. So, I decided to go there again a few days later to purchase a bottle of Orpheon and to make an exchange of an item. There were three people, two ladies and a gentleman working there that day. The lady who helped me last Tuesday was not there. The two ladies looked very unfriendly towards me, and completely ignored my existence, but the gentleman was very attentive and understanding about my needs to make an exchange. But, he needed approval from the two ladies for the exchange. The ladies approved the exchange and so, I gladly said thank you to one of the ladies standing in front of me. She did not respond back to me. She even looked at me with unwelcoming gesture. Was it because I was the minority, or what? I really appreciate the gentleman who helped me but decided not to get the Orpheon perfume. I won’t shop there again.

    Strolling through Marin Mart with a friend we decided to try some scents and ended up spending a lot of time with Matteo. He asked us what we like in a scent and he nailed it, coming up with so many possibilites. I knew that Diptyque was a quality brand but I had no idea about the scope of options there. If you cannot find something you like here, I would be surprised. And Matteo was so knowledgeable about all of the products. We identified multiple options and left with big smiles on our faces. Lovely candles and gifts for others here as well. We will be back!
