  I have been going to this Diptyque boutique for at least two years now and I am blown away by the quality of customer service and knowledge of the sales associates. Everyone is always very friendly and the store manager is lovely and models a great example of wonderful customer experience in the store. The location is also great because it is easy to park and lots of great restaurants to grab a bite to eat 🥰

  I was excited to visit this location passing through town but was very disappointed with my experience. My partner and I walked into the store where we saw two workers but were met with no greeting or welcome. We browsed for a good while and we were never offered any assistance. This came to my surprise as I had an amazing and personable experience from when I visited a Diptyque location in LA for the first time. It really felt like we were being profiled for the way we looked. As if we didn’t have the money to buy anything. I was fully ready to purchase a travel set after testing it at a Nordstrom but decided to leave and not give this store my business. Hope they can do better in the future.

  I took my wife to Larkspur Landing since she had never been there before. We were pleasantly surprised to see Diptyque (I hadn’t been in the area for over a decade), so naturally we strolled right in. Corrynn welcomed us immediately. And let me tell you… Corrynn knows her stuff! There was absolutely no pressure sales. What we received was her product knowledge, and *that* is what helped us decide what to purchase. I worked in retail for a number of years in a former life, so when I give 5 starts, it’s a reflection of the service we received from Corrynn. Diptyque is lucky to have her.
