    I love this store. It is always clean, well stocked and the staff are amazing!!!! I'm always greeted with a Hello, asked if I need help with anything and briefed on the latest sales. Been going here for years and will definitely continue to shop here.

    THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE 👎🏼 VERY UNWELCOMING ENVIRONMENT. MY FIRST TIME TRYING TO SHOP AT THIS LOCATION AND I HAD THE MOST HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. THE TWO LADIES IN THE FRONT TAMMY & RETENCIA WERE NOT HELPFUL AT ALL AND HAD A REALLY BAD ATTITUDE. THEY’RE TONE OF VOICE AND WAY OF SPEAKING TO ME WAS JUST SO UNWELCOMING AND IT SEEMS LIKE THEY HARDLY WANTED TO HELP ME AS A CUSTOMER. WILL NEVER GO BACK AND SHOP AT THIS STORE UNTIL THEY HIRE BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES THAT ACTUALLY MAKE CLIENTS FEEL WELCOME AND THAT ACTUALLY WANT TO HELP CUSTOMERS NOT JUST GIVE THEM ATTITUDE. I DEFINITELY DON’T RECOMMEND PEOPLE SHOPPING AT THIS LOCATION. NO WONDER THEY HAVE 3 STARS AND SUCH BAD REVIEWS WISH I WOULD OF SEEN THAT BEFORE SO I COULD OF AVOIDED THIS REALLY BAD EXPERIENCE.

    Worst customer service I have ever had!!!! Can’t figure out how to pull a order correctly. Say I will be getting a cal never get a call. Would find a different location never go here.

What is the SalonCentric Return Policy?

Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears). Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.

Can anyone shop at SalonCentric?

In order to shop with SalonCentric, you must be a licensed salon professional or cosmetology student and have an account with SalonCentric. If you don't currently shop with SalonCentric, you can apply for an account at any of our store locations or on our website.
