- CCCindyDec 21, 20251.0I took my 9 year old daughter to get bangs. Frank, who clipped his scissors 4 times on my daughter’s hair, charged us $40 dollars. I was in shock, as it’s clearly posted that kids haircuts are $20. The prices are not listed correctly on the JC Penney salon website. When I raised my concern, they tried telling me that he’s a master stylist. I wish this was communicated to me prior. What a joke!
