- MDMommy Dear3 days ago1.0The manager didn’t accept my DL because I put my alias instead of my name on DL. However, my student cards have both the same names and I showed it to her. When I opened my account she accepted it even though my name in the system is my alias. I showed her my class ID and it was fine, maybe because I was opening an account. I tried to buy again but this time she didn’t want to accept it. I wonder if she only accepted it the first time because she can get points or compensation when customers open accounts.

What is the SalonCentric Return Policy?
Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.

In order to shop with SalonCentric, you must be a licensed salon professional or cosmetology student and have an account with SalonCentric. If you don't currently shop with SalonCentric, you can apply for an account at any of our store locations or on our website.
