  I have been getting massages for years. The NOW has a very relaxing atmosphere. The rolling waves in the massage room made it feel like I was beachside. The front desk staff was extremely friendly and welcoming from the get go and the coconut jasmin candle scent went you walk in is lovely. My massage therapist took time to explain what I was about to receive and exceeded my expectations. I can’t wait to come back.

  Camille is an incredible massage therapist. I swear she knew exactly where I needed focus other than what I thought I needed. Also the customer service and pricing for what you're getting is unmatched for this area. 10/10 recommend. All my friends will be hearing about this place.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an amazing experience at The NOW Laguna Niguel. Camille did an incredible job—hands down one of the best massages I’ve had. She was attentive, skilled, and made sure everything was exactly right from start to finish. The entire experience was top tier. The atmosphere was relaxing, everything felt clean and well put together, and you can tell they take pride in what they do. Shoutout to the receptionist as well—very kind, professional, and welcoming. From booking to walking out, everything was smooth. Definitely coming back. Highly recommend. - Tony

  This review is long overdue! From the moment you walk in, the ambiance is calm, clean, and quiet — it immediately puts you at ease. I also really appreciate that before each session, you have a one-on-one consultation with your massage therapist to go over any areas of concern or focus, which makes the experience feel very personalized. I’ve seen Lani several times now and can’t recommend her enough. Her technique is amazing — very intentional, detailed, and professional. You can tell she truly cares about what she’s doing, and it shows in the quality of the massage every time. The room itself is dim, peaceful, and creates the perfect environment to fully relax and unwind with ocean sounds in the background. Overall, for the membership price and the level of service you receive, it’s absolutely worth it. Highly recommend! I always leave feeling so much better.

  The NOW was everything I expected and more. This location is well designed and my group and I were kindly greeted and offered water. I chose the Stretch (80 min). My massage therapist, Nathan, was great at asking questions to tailor my treatment and helped with assisted stretching throughout the treatment. If you do the Stretch, I highly recommend the 80 min. so there’s enough time for each area. All in all, great experience!
