    Highly dislike this Sephora location. They’re extremely pushy at trying to sell you products. When I go in person to a Sephora, I know exactly what I’m looking for. I’m not there to try and be convinced to buy a new product. I get it, they have to try and make sales. The problem is, they don’t respect a simple “No.” No is a full sentence. They will continue to try and sell you something. Once you’re finally free from one salespersons grip, you’re verbally assaulted by the next one. I stopped going here long ago but needed something so I tried it again, same experience. Please consider training your staff.

    Normally, I hesitate to write negative reviews, but this time...As someone whose Career has been in Customer Service, today's (December 27, 2025) visit was disappointing. The only time my presence was acknowledged was when I walked through the door.. and she was actually busy working yet did the CSR #1 Rule; she looked up to at least acknowledge the Customer. After that, I was looking for a product and could not find it...normally im approached immediately to at least ask if i needed help...not this time! I had the same tall brunette who passed by me several times or in the area I was in and not even once was i acknowledged! I made it a game to see how long it would to be approached; It was maybe 10-15 min i was in the store...nothing! The only other CSR who was actually busy was the Cashier! This was not my first time at this location. On my way out..i asked the very first CSR (who welcomed me into the store) "excuse me, where is there another Sephora"!? She could tell I was a tad upset (which does not happen a lot), and gave me the Mall option, however, being its the Christmas Weekend no way was i going there! Then she asked me if she could be of any help (its what I expected to occur by one of the other CSRs who were standing around chatting with eachother or strolling around!)! I informed of what did not happened and she was the one who apologized! I reminded her it was nothing she did as she was the first and only one to even acknowledge me, and that she should remind her coworkers how Customer Service should be...I thanked her then left! I was going to spend some decent money! I mean if I wanted to be ignored ...i would have stayed shopping at ULTA!

    Beautiful store but very unfriendly staff. No one greets you or asks if you need help even after eye contact. When I tracked someone down they were annoyed to be stopped. Can't say I recommend this site for customer service.

    My first time here the staff is very good and helpful accept when I’m check out the ladies was talking about me in front of me. She is not supposed to talk about the customers even I’m waiting for the receipt.

    I had to wait in a line for some time, and when I moved forward, the sales associate was apologizing to everyone for the wait, except me. I don’t expect an apology, but it was clear there was a difference in how I was treated, possibly because of my skin color. It’s disappointing, as most Sephora locations I’ve visited are always warm and welcoming. Unfortunately, this particular store in my neighborhood seems to treat people differently based on ethnicity or appearance. Such a shame to experience that in a place I usually enjoy shopping at.
