- JKJay KayApr 26, 20252.0Overpriced shampoo, $15. Had to ask multiple times for a back corner to be evened. Then realized the sides were very uneven, and had to be shortened, way shorter than requested. I appreciate the stylist apology, however, would rather not go back to her again. She was going to refund the shampoo price, but saw I was about to use a coupon for the haircut so reversed that gesture. There’s a reason why there was no wait on a Saturday afternoon at this place.

- SLSky LarAug 30, 20221.0The younger lady working Monday afternoons-evening was extremely rude and rough with the hair. Was sloppy and will pull your hair with clippers due to rushing. Men beware. She looked like she didn’t want to be there. The store wasn’t busy and honestly with that service and price, I’m not surprised. There weren’t any other customers at the in the store. You come in all smiles, but at best leave with a forced smile. Will definitely be going elsewhere for a haircut.

One feature of Great Clips is their haircut notes are available nationwide. I was visiting Lafayette and needed an haircut. Mya read the notes, discussed with me what I wanted and gave me an excellent haircut.

Can I request a stylist using Online Check-In?
No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
