  I had a consultation with a stylist who seemed to know what I wanted. The color gloss cost me $53 which was good price and with their promotion the haircut was free. I told the stylist several time NO BANGS and she agreed. I ended up with bangs and a choppy haircut. The color gloss made no difference on my hair. I spoke with the Owner, sent her pictures and she agreed the haircut was choppy and I had BANGS! She told me to grow it out and come back for a trim. I told her I was not comfortable with that and wanted my money back because of bad haircut and gloss. She said no. When I told her I was really unhappy with the whole experience and her customer service was poor she said "sorry". I will not go back to Red Angel Salon.

  Claudia is amazing. She knows exactly what I like and style me the way I like. She's also done a mullet on my daughter, which she loves as well. She is very accommodating, professional, listens to her clients and gives them real expectations. Claudia has done both of my nieces hair. One went blue and the other had money pieces added in. Both girls love their hair and now I want to dye my hair.

  I was recommended to try this salon because they specialize in hair systems for hair loss and a little closer to home. I have baby or micro extensions and a hair piece that needs maintenance monthly. The previous place was further away this was one is a little closer so I thought I would take the chance as Angelica was trained by the owner of the place I was previously going to. She added my baby secret extensions and one fell out after two days, after one wash ( on the 4th day) I lost 6 of the 8. I sent Angelica a message on IG sharing with her what had happened and that this has never happened when I went to the other place. I politely asked, did you forget a step or use the wrong tape ins. She asked me to go back in, I live an hour away, I wasn't driving back. After being out with my husband, he says he can see my scalp ( my bald spot), that never happened before when I went to my previous place. She explained she was not the right fit for me. I asked her to only refund me the $40 minus the 20% discount for trying her for the first time. No refund, no response other than, she stated she asked me how it looked. I can't control the lack of quality in the tape she used for the secrets but the piece should cover any bare spots, any hairdresser should be able to see and want to cover it. Not her concern. Spent $200 and I won't be going back. Lesson here if it's 2 hours away and they know what they are doing, don't fix what's not broken.

  Ive been wanting to try something different with my hair and didn’t want to trust just anyone. I’m very glad I came to Red Angel Salon. I was very nervous at first because it was my first time getting my hair professionally done but I was in need of a change. My stylist Karina was very nice and very well at listening, she understood exactly what I wanted. I wanted something subtle but noticeable and she did AMAZING. I am very happy with my hair, I would 100% be back again. Whether it’s for color or even just a Blowdry/style. The over all experience went very well, it was very relaxing to the point where I almost fell asleep. 100/10 would definitely recommend this salon. It is a very neat and aesthetic salon, all the girls were very nice and friendly.

  Raquel cuts my hair and always makes me feel and look like a million bucks! She is very knowledgable in products and answers any questions I have thoroughly. She is seriously the best with her top notch service and the salon is always clean and well kept with a welcome environment. You wont be disappointed.
