  I had such a great experience at Sephora thanks to Kylie! She was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. She took the time to understand what I was looking for and gave me recommendations that were perfect for my skin type and preferences. You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers and loves what she does. I left feeling confident and excited about my purchases. Thank you, Kylie! I go in and ask for her each time!

  I’ve been a longtime Sephora customer, but I’m disappointed that the store continues to carry Huda Beauty while the founder has amplified content aligned with a regime responsible for human rights abuses in Iran. Brands that claim social responsibility should be held accountable for the partners they promote. I hope Sephora takes this seriously and reconsiders its partnership.

  BEWARE!!! IF YOU PURCHASE HIGH END MAKE UP PRODUCTS (CHANEL, DIOR, GIVENCHY, YSL….), MAKE SURE ALL THE MERCHANDISE ARE IN YOUR BAG BEFORE LEAVING THE STORE!!! The middle-aged Hispanic lady cashier didn’t put my Dior foundation in my bag after charging me for it and when I informed her that she did not place the foundation in my bag, she claimed that she forgot to ring me up. I made her and her manager pull up my receipt and on the receipt, I was charged for the Dior foundation. They gave me back my foundation without an apology or anything. I am sooo glad I checked my purchase before leaving the store. The manager has no customer service skills either…. It’s probably the same Robbin person everyone on here is complaining about. I gave this review a 4-star ONLY because the makeup people were always super helpful when I am there, especially Kaitlyn, Dvir (guy w/ green hair), and the girl who helped me find the Dior foundation in my shade today, but I don’t get her name(skinny, tan, and asian)

  Por lo regular voy a hay . estaba una persona k trabajaba hay y me ayudaba mucho me asesoraba en productos pero esa tienda no sabe valorar a sus empleados la chica ya no está y enserio es difícil aveces encontrar a buenos empleados k te atiendan y te sientas confortable pero para Sephora no lis valora pues mal por esa tienda y mas por sus encargados k no saben lo k nos ayudan a clientes como yo
