A couple other stylists did my hair just fine after, but none matched her level of expertise. As a guy with thinning hair, she understands how to cut it so it lays the way you'd like and isn't afraid to make suggestions that will flatter you personally. I also observed that she adjusts her conversational skills based what her clients are mirroring and that matters in the kind of experience one has. Mine have been pleasant with her and ask for her each time now!
