- AMAnthony MApr 9, 20261.0I've come to this location for years for haircuts. Usually, it's okay for the price point but today was the last straw for me as a customer. Im attending a wedding this weekend and asked for a low taper as im growing my hair out. "Barber" decides to give me a high fade and then have the audacity to complain about a low tip after butchering my hair. I've gotten my hair cut here for 5 years. There are plenty of other barber shops in Irvine. I will not be coming back.

He didn’t fully dry my hair so when I got home I realized it was choppy and uneven. I went back in and he passed me off to one of the women - who was very kind but she really couldn’t fix it. For reference I asked for long layers and shaping, and instead got uneven short layers on top of the length I actually wanted. If you’re a female make sure you get a female hair dresser because the man I had clearly had no idea what he was doing and didn’t talk to me.

No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
