She always says they’re booked and doesn’t make any effort to assist or explain availability. It’s unfortunate because we were really looking forward to getting pierced here.

The tech confirmed she's going to use sterile gloves but she had absolutely no clue what sterile gloves and procedure was! Took unsterile gloves and opened up allegedly a sterile pack of piercings and wanted to proceed! I took my daughter out of there. This place is a disaster waiting to happen if not already with HIV, hepatitis C and the likes! Places that do not use sterile gloves should be abandoned.
