i’ve never had such a uncomfortable experience in a sephora and retail store in general. employees bothered me AND my mom every minute and a half. i was swatching stuff about a aisle away from my mom and two employees were right next to me gossiping about some boy following them on instagram not even asking if i needed help with the shades. and as SOON as i walked away to my mom in the makeup forever section i heard one of those girls whisper “alessa go check on lane one” and two seconds later the other girl that was over there watching me asks if we need help. and makeup forever was the first lane so that was suspicious… and it’s not even like they were genuine and wanting to sell me stuff. they’re just harassing and making your shopping experience uncomfortable. and honestly i should’ve put the girl to work and gave her something to do… and since we said we are okay no joke 45 seconds later ANOTHER person came over. so i very loudly talked about how weird the customer service was while other employees were around and i know the male employee alan or evan heard it bc a manager walked over and whispered for him to come over with her. yall aren’t as slick as you think. the girl at the front asked if anyone helped us and my mom said “yeah like 25 of you it was really uncomfortable” and miss thing didn’t even apologize or asked what happened to make my mom’s experience uncomfortable. she didn’t even say anything after that she just stopped talking. will be on the phone with corporate tomorrow. i get it wanting to prevent theft and wanting to sell items but i can tell when you’re being condescending and targeting someone and whispering on your radios. i’ve worked in retail im not a idiot. mind you i just spent $300 at brandy and had a big bag so maybe that’s why i had a target on my back but there’s no reason to target my mother who just wants to treat herself after a rough week and wants new makeup to feel pretty. honestly i really don’t care but treating my mom like that is absolutely disgusting. also i know you delete reviews so i will be emailing this to corporate and repost again if it’s not visible. customers should be warned about the service they get at this sephora location and take their business elsewhere. this happened 1/15/26 around 3 pm.

I came in on December 27th, around 10-11am, and I asked this gentleman working on the floor, he had a black face mask and dark hair. I had asked about a specific bronzer and he was able to shade match for my face and tones, and I'm honestly so grateful for it. He showed me this perfect bronzer for my face. I'm pretty pale and have olive skin undertones so to find the correct bronzer that doesn't wash me out, but instead warms my face, the guy working on the floor did an amazing job!! I didn't get the chance to get his name, but regardless thank you!
