- AAAnitaJan 2, 20261.0I am a huge Lush fan and have been purchasing for 2+ years, and at this location, I had the most uncomfortable shopping experience with a worker. I went into this location. I usually go to one closer to me, but this is the next one to me, plus this lush has the retro wall. Whenever I go in, an employee will approach me and ask if I need any help, and I always say that I am good, I am just picking up my usual things, and I do not need help. When I was approached by this employee (Shorter, white, curvy, in her 30s maybe, I cannot remember her name for the life of me) and asked me if I needed any help and I responded the same way I always do. Instead of leaving me be, I was being lectured and upsold on a product I already own, super milk. I told her I was ok and I did not need help, and then she asked me about what lush products I use. I responded, just kinda hoping after that she would leave me be, but then she takes me over to haircare to show me a product. She tries to sell me on curl power, and I have the most pin-straight hair ever. After she goes on for 5 minutes about why I should buy this, I thank her for showing me and explaining the products and begin to walk away. The next thing she says shook me, she said "So are you gonna buy it or what?" Who says that??? I told her it was too expensive and I was ok and I just wanted to look around, and she then goes to the back and says "Ok I'll grab you the small size in the back." She then goes to the back, hands me a small curl power, and walked away. Ever since this I have not wanted to go into lush again. I understand lush has policies about sales and being pushy but this is too far. I love Lush so much so it disappoints me to right this, but do better.
