After 2 weeks with no updates I checked status and found out that the order was cancelled!! without notifying me. When I finally got hold of them the customer service agent said that one of the items was out of stock. So instead of letting me know they just cancelled everything!! And my son didn’t get his birthday present! Very disappointing!!
