- OOOmerJun 9, 20171.0They did it again. This is my 3rd time leaving this place without a haircut. I checked in online and then waited 30 minutes to get the stylist I asked for. In the meantime, he had two people who got there after me. When I checked with them, the answer was”he'll be with you shortly!!!??". Same story again, and not even an apology. The customer service sucks. I'll never go there again and will advise all of friends and community do the same thing.
