- PSPatty SanfordSep 2, 20241.0Stopped in to look for Clarins and kindly ask the sales associate if they carried this particular brand. She said, "No we don't". I decided to browse anyway, to my surprise there it was! Clarins! Decided not to shop there anyway due to poor customer service! They need to properly train their employees! Make up and skincare is not cheap here and if I'm going to spend hundreds of dollars you better believe I want excelente customer service! Back to Ulta it is.
