I seldom if ever leave bad reviews, but my experience here was a complete disaster from start to finish. The stylist (initials N.G.) was dismissive, didn’t listen to my simple request, and was unfriendly. During my cut she kept trying to fix mistakes, and each “correction” made my hair shorter and shorter including taking over 3" off the back instead of 1" request. In addition, the final cut was so uneven I had to go straight to another salon to repair what they could. Sharing to warn others to consider a different location.
