    I’ve been coming here for since mid May til now. I connected really well with a staff member named Flor. She was always there during the week (m-f). She knew how to cut my hair after the first time I went with her and I showed her a reference photo. I always looked forward to go see her for my cut. Around after June of this year, I didn’t see her much often or maybe I came in on the days she wasn’t there. I felt uncomfortable calling and asking when she would be in. Another woman she worked with said she comes in later, after they open around noon or after. I went mostly around morning time. She also took care of me once bcuz Flor was not in so she even did a good job. She has the blonde curly hair, a kind of thick build very nice and sometimes therapeutic. I can’t remember her name for the life of me. I came in once on the weekend on a Saturday. There was a younger Caucasian girl with glasses and long brown hair. This time and she offered to cut my hair. She works with the older Asian lady who I’ve read in other reviews on here, she was sitting. I was expecting her to be more welcoming considering she’s the older staff member there. and every time I see her when I walk in, she’s in this “I don’t want to deal with anybody, I’ll just be cashier” kind of mood. I showed her a reference photo , basically a frohawk / fade but very low on the sides and leave the top long. She basically just gave me a trim and sent me on my way out. Had to come home and fix my hair make it shorter on the sides. I spoke to the other lady about it that works with Flor, the blonde curly haired woman who is there in the morning about my experience with her. She suggested I come back in the morning, a little while after they opened or midweek. I went again today Thursday November 20th and she was there again, the younger Caucasian girl with the brown hair but this time she cut her hair short. I legitimately wanted to walk right out when I saw the other staff there ( the young girl and the older Asian lady) but I thought it wouldn’t hurt to try to give her another chance. I tried to work with her and even suggested some things but she kind of laughed at me and then I just thought to myself “ I’ll go home and do the same thing again and fix my hair if I have to” or just start cutting it myself if I have to or happily just take my business back to bellflower where I used to go to a great barber. I’m sad I don’t see Flor anymore. I wish I got the other blonde woman’s name. I’m sure they know us , they always spoke to us ( me and my fiance) every time we went in. That other staff tho, I don’t know. But unfortunately they lost my business. People who don’t know what they’re doing or that just don’t want to respect or listen to their client’s requests should really not be in this profession.

    I am very disappointed with my hair cut, the Asian lady gave me yesterday a horrible haircut I don't know what to do with it, I will go back there today to see if someone else can fix it. She had to go.

    Very nice people that work here but the Asian lady totally messed up my hair. Completely butchered it. Had to go to another shop to try to fix it and again more issues. I just want an even normal haircut. I cut it too high. Completely different than the photo that I gave them.
