My husband noticed it too, and it quickly became uncomfortable. I was just trying to sample perfumes, and it felt like I was being watched the entire time. I hope we weren't being targeted because we're Hispanic, which is unacceptable. It completely ruined what should have been a relaxed and enjoyable shopping experience.

I received a complimentary service and Ruby did such a lovely job. I definitely overall had a way better experience and hopefully next time it will remain that way but as for today I’m happy with my experience.
