I needed my hair washed so we made an appointment online & am sooo glad I did. Kay was AMAZING. She washed my hair better than any high end salon I’ve vet been to(I’ve been to a lot) it came out silky smooth and the shampoo smelled great! She had great customer service and didn’t make me feel rushed even though there were people waiting. The girl who was working with Kay was super nice too I heard her speaking to other customers. It just came across like they really like their jobs and care about the people they are servicing. That’s hard to come by nowadays. Also the music that was on was sooo good! I will be back just for Kay but overall this location was very clean and you just can’t beat the customer service. 10/10

Once he started getting used to them it was a work out for all hair stylist. But Kay is something so special to my son, she willing takes him and works with him because of her were starting to acclimate clippers he tells her he loves her and she says it back. As his voice and his mama, Kay is truly special and I hope she knows that.

No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
