Before she cut the top of my hair, she showed me how much the length would be, then asked after if the length was ok. I really liked how she made the mid-fade tight, it looked really clean and professional. It’s very important for me to be very presentable for my customers. Overall it was a great experience. She said the card in her hand for me said my haircut in the past was number 5. I told her I didn't know what that meant and that I want the hair cut shorter than what it is now and keep the part on the left.I thought she understood. We went back and forth about three times with the directions. This was about 5:30 pm on a sunday. The place closes at 6 pm. She cut my hair in 5 minutes. I asked her atleast twice while she was using razor shears on my hair if the part on the left and she said yes. I normally wear glasses but they were on the counter and I could not see what she was doing and she knew it. I couldn't watch what she was doing and she was hiding what she was doing from me. The eyebrows ended up being uneven, the back of the neck wasnt fully done. The worst part was that she gave me a crew cut. She wanted to leave a soon as possible and didn't care what haircut I got. The manager of the place was cutting another person's hair right next to me and knew what this woman was doing to my hair and didn't care before, during, and after. I called 800 number for the minnesota main office the next day. They didn't care either. They told me the owner would call me. The owner also owns the jurupa valley great clips. The jurupa valley Great Clips manager called me, not the owner. This manager didn't care either. She offered me a free haircut after talking to her for 5 minutes. I heard another hairstyler say next in the background. If you go to the great clip's website , it's really who they are , they're bargain basement , saying they have low prices , and they're strictly volume. Be warned.It's not if you're gonna get a bad haircut at great clips, it's when at Great Clips.That's great clips business model.It's strictly volume. They don't care about the customers. Go somewhere else.It's not worth taking a chance going to great clips.
