  I came in today excited to purchase some Glow Recipe products I’ve been eyeing online, although it was too crowded for me to find 1/3 of my items, I enjoyed my visit and purchase. On my way out I decided to check out some foundations. Tyler was extremely helpful helping me find my shade. She went above and beyond recommending a different brand than I was looking for and of course she sold me on her recommended brand (Ciele). I was able to discover a much needed new foundation brand and SPF primer. I was a bit overwhelmed with how crowded it was, but the employees made sure my visit was a success.

  I have been shopping at Sephora for over a decade and a VIB Rouge member as well. Last night I went in to shop and restock on some things and basically had 4 different employees constantly asking if I needed anything to the point where I realized maybe they thought I was going to steal something. I was very offended especially considering I’m a regular Sephora shopper and I almost didn’t end up buying anything because I was so turned off by the experience there. Being approached by people non stop asking if I need help under the guise of suspecting I’m going to steal something is crazy. I’ve never experienced that before and I will not be shopping at this location again and don’t recommend you do either.

  I am beyond "disappointed"—I am disgusted by the sheer level of incompetence your company displays. Within a single day, I placed two separate orders hours apart. Both were cancelled with the same pathetic "out of stock" excuse. It is 2026. How a multi-million dollar brand is still incapable of managing a basic inventory system is a joke. This isn't a one-time fluke; it's a recurring pattern of failure. It is clear you have no interest in being better because you’re too busy counting money to actually fulfill orders. To make matters worse, your customer service is a total void of accountability. They recited their script about "out of stock" items with zero shame or emotion, as if wasting my time is just part of your business model. You are a bottom-tier company masquerading as a luxury brand. I won't wish you good luck. A business run this poorly deserves exactly what it gets: a failing reputation and lost customers. I’m done with you.

  I did not have a good experience at the cashier station, she did not help me when I needed to know which one to select on the machine. It was like she did not want to help me. I also had money that I could have used but she did not mention it on her end when usually they always do and are more then generous to help people out.

  I rarely buy makeup these days but I needed some for an event and the staff at SEPHORA in Glendale came in so clutch! Shout out to Liz in makeup and Christine in fragrance for their excellent customer service! They made what would have been a stressful shopping trip with lots of guesswork a breeze 🫶
