  This is located in Americana at Brand- the moment I walked in , the staff warmly greeted me, The store is clean and organized. Unfortunately the lip tint that I wanted to buy is out of stock but its ok. The staff are all over the place and are willing to help.and answer any questions and you can feel that they are really there to help you.. Shopping here can assure you that they have new and good products. I will definitely be back here and I highly recommend this place.

  All 5 stars are for Sabrina who gave me my very first-in-a-lifetime makeup lesson. As a middle aged woman who feels awkward about her appearance, I was nervous about asking for help with basic makeup skills. Sabrina was so warm, encouraging, supportive, and patient. She really helped build my confidence by showing me basic skills I've been without my entire life. She also suggested incredible products without pushing me to buy everything. It was both educational and fun and more than worth the money to learn how to make myself look my best. I only wish I'd booked this session sooner. Thanks again.

  There was definitely some kind of a promotion for Glow Recipe because EVERY store staff re directed me to that brand. Without much asking me if my skin is sensitive to perfumes or what I prefer in brands etc. I caved in finally and bough a few things and then when i checked out I see that in the back they have all these giveaways for the brand on stand by = making it clear they were pushing it for a reason. So pleas stop doing that - when I talk to a staff member I would like to be directed towards a brand for my mature skin needs not what is on your sales team agenda!! I have yet to see if this brand works for me but no one told me they are all scented and I think that wont work for my sensitive skin!

  It’s really unfortunate that managers don’t have discretion over the return policy. The employees were all saying how they never recommend the product I purchased because it’s “so delicate you can’t even take it out of the drawer.” They also for whatever reason don’t have proof of my original exchange, even though I would never not put in my Sephora account information. So, you don’t guarantee the quality of your products for 32 days, but 30 days is fine? Makes sense. It stung more knowing the employees were also bashing the product but has zero empathy for the fact that I just wasted $30. Customer service feels non existent anymore. I’ll buy from the brands directly because at least their email teams have discretion.
