- NJNile JonesDec 21, 20252.0If you’re black prepared to be ignored. I was in there for 20 mins. In the fragrance aisle and I was actively ignored. Like literally people who stepped into the aisle and was clearly there just to get in line at the register was asked if they needed help. Even a guy on his phone was asked and it was clear he was there just to follow his wife. It wasn’t until I started visibly shopping on the app that a woman kindly asked me if I needed help to which I said thank you for asking I appreciate that but I’ll buy on line I didn’t like my experience just now. Keep in mind there were 3 fragrance attendance (1 guy and 2 women) and the guy was ready to help everyone but me and then was actively complaining about his job right there in front of one of their busiest rush of customers.

They just try to sell you some products they don’t even know about. And their so cheap with there samples. Corporate at it greediest or employees just take all the sampled I been told by a friend .

Hawking over us as if we were going to steal, I come regularly and don't really experience that, and when I asked her a simple question, and she rudely replied "it is that what are you talking about". No need for the attitude, it was a simple question on whether the blush was the shade I was looking for. Kinda ruined the experience of coming for definitely felt unwelcomed.

She was so nice that she told me what products she uses for her curls!! She also helped me choose the right products!!! I don’t know the other ladies name but she also had glasses on and she helped me choose the right hair care products for my hair !!! She was so nice and she even gave me some samples to take home and try and she was the best with helping me choosing the right product!!! This location is the best cuz they actually help you with what you need and the ladies there are so patient and passionate about their job !!! They have the best team !!! Thank you Tyler and to the other ladies !
