  I have decided to close my Gold status and MAC account due to consistently poor service from Aldrich C at the Glendale Galleria Mall. I have made this location my go-to place for cosmetics, both in-store and online. However, every time I interact with Aldrich, she greets me with an unfriendly attitude. I've noticed that when a white woman approaches her, her demeanor changes, and she becomes pleasant. In contrast, she consistently presents a bitter face towards me, which I suspect is because I am a transgender Latina woman. Today, I went to redeem my points and formally requested to close my account. I urge you to provide better training for Aldrich to ensure she embodies inclusivity and compassion toward all customers. I will be taking my business elsewhere. Upon entering, I greeted Aldrich with a "Hi," but she responded with a negative expression. I kindly ask that you address this behavior, especially considering that I am a frequent customer. Thank you.

  Ive been to MAC three times, and honestly, I was disappointed every single time. The service was just terrible. The sales assistants were consistently arrogant and unhelpful. I really tried to give the store a fair chance, but after three visits and three bad experiences, Ive decided I won’t be coming back.

  I understand some people have had bad experiences with MAC, as have I (Beverly Center, 2010) but never at this branch... I was in the store over Christmas and was served by PATTI - she was great! I was approached by her, she was very friendly and attentive and insisted on helping me find the right colour foundation by sitting me down and matching my skin tone. I noticed on leaving the store that another assistant also greeted me. They were all that I thought a store should be, I am VERY fussy about the condition and display of the products, service and attitude.
