I also thought it felt very light for the amount of product that was advertised. So I assume the material was coming out of the bottle even before it was sold. I want a free product to be mailed to me. I don’t want to travel to the store which is miles away from my home. When I called they told me they would offer me a refund, but this doesn’t account for the inconvenience and defective product. They said they had to get a manager to get approval for a discount but that I could go to any store. Again, I was trying to resolve this with the store I bought it from. But their offer for resolve was inconvenient and not helpful or accommodating.
