Everyone was super professional and friendly. I had my hair colored, cut, and blow-dried by Lili—and she is amazing! She’s not only incredibly skilled but also a true professional. Lili really takes the time to listen to what you want and explains what she can do to achieve it. Every step of the way, she made sure I was happy, and if I wasn’t, she adjusted things without hesitation. My hair turned out exactly how I wanted it—better, even!
