- KRKim ReifOct 6, 20251.0I was in yesterday I wanted to ask if they still offered the free skin care facials they have there was this female employee that was helping 3 ladies and in this midst of all this another female employee came over tapped me on the shoulder and asked if she could assist I pointed to the female employee that was helping these 3 ladies I told her no after that this female employee that was helping these 3 ladies responded to me in a very rude tone this female employee had dark hair it was up in bun and she spoke to me in a rude unprofessional tone I do not appreciate this kind of attitude from an employee this was totally and completely out of character please train your employees to be more professional with customers
