  I recently bought a discovery set online that came with a coupon toward my next purchase, so I wanted to stop by the store to smell a few other fragrances. Jacob was incredibly kind and helpful. I’m so glad I went in person. I ended up placing an order online afterward and even figured out what my next fragrance will be. The other day, I went with a friend who was shopping for a new scent. After we had a terrible experience with a sales rep at Nordstrom, I told her we should head next door to Byredo instead. Their fragrances are amazing, and the people are genuinely kind. Jacob, Justin, and Jessie (I think) were all so helpful and welcoming. My friend left with a new perfume, and we both got some samples to try!

  Amazing customer service from Justin. He was very friendly from when we walked in until we left. He showed interest in helping me find the right scent I wanted for my birthday! He was knowledgeable about the new scents and made me feel extremely happy and confident with the scent I found while providing a sample of one I had potential interest in for the future. Would highly recommend going to this location and asking for Justin.

  Absolutely awful customer service experience. I'd highly recommend buying their perfume a few doors down at Nordstrom instead, or better yet at Costco for over $100 less. Both stores have great customer service and return policies. Once you spend money at this store, you can't get it back, even if you follow all of their return policies. When they say "refund," they mean store credit only. Their online policies are completely different than their in store policies, and if you call the company's customer service line, they will not be able to help you and literally say you should not have bought the item at the store?? Wild! I've tried four or five Byredo fragrances and while they do smell nice, they last maybe one hour on me if I'm lucky. So now I'm stuck with $350+ in store credit for perfume that no one can ever smell. Maybe that's just how my body reacts to it, but again, if you do love and want to purchase their fragrances, I'd go somewhere else that carries them with a solid and honest return policy.

  I visited Byredo americano, on Saturday afternoon with my Friday and was disappointed by the service from one of the female staff members. From the moment we entered, she displayed a very unfriendly attitude, with no smile or warmth, which made the experience unpleasant. However, due to the poor attitude of the female staff, I decided not to make a purchase, despite initially intending to. I hope the store can address this lack of professionalism to improve the customer experience.
