  I had the pleasure of working with Dolly. She received my phone call and answered my questions and concerns. I was able to walk in and be seen within a few minutes. Dolly is very knowledgeable and considerate. She checked in with me to ensure the haircut was to my liking and shared her recommendations on how best to style my hair. I am very happy with what we decided on and I hope to return again in the future for her excellent service.

  (DONT GET YOUR HAIRCUT BY Thi) So, when you come Great Clips you are always dont need to tell your stylist what type of haircut you wants since they have on record from your previous visit. So I always get the same haircut 1 on the lower side middle 2 middle top 3 and blend after. Then on the top I always get it trim a little. So this stylist name i cant remember her name but she hardly speak English right but having a hard time communicating. She pull the type of haircut I always get I dont know the style I just go base on that and most stylist knows what am looking to get. So to help the stylist I show her a picture of the type of style I want but different level of it. So the Asian lady looks at it without talking to me after I toll her the same type of length in the paper just the same type hairstyle. So she starts by cutting my hair, I did not question since every stylist have there way on starting. So when she was halfway thru I notice she was cutting a bit lower on my side. But maybe it was just me since I had allot of hair since the last time I cut my hair there was since November 2025. So after she was done she begin to used the taper and I though she was going to tape my sides but she just when in deep thru from the bottom almost to the middle tape me with the cutter. Am wait stop she was ypu ask for high fade just but I also toll you to follow the paper the picture was just a guide as some styles they cut to much on the sides it doest leave me much room to style my hair intop. So that is why I show you the picture as reference. She then say after I re-show her the picture a zero but her accent was so deep I could understand when she say zero at all. As well she seem she was in a hurry to finish up she freaking cut me twices. So I was tempted to just walk out but then I will be force to pay since asian even if they mess up they want you to pay is all about the green but they dont pay attention to instructions. I was expesific on the style. Now I have a zero oh wait she say it will grow back in a week am so you want me to walk around and go to work looking like that she say nothing. Now I have ugly haircut and still end up paying and yet Great clips will care less. But your stylist was in a hurry that she made me bleed. Hope someone here responds to this ASAP. Look at the pictures how unevent she left them and even.

  When we were visiting out-of-town family I needed a haircut, and checked in at the nearest Great Clips. As always, got a great cut at a good price. I love that they automatically receive my cut preferences when they print my check-in ticket, so I don't have to remember the details. It's comforting to know that I'll always get a decent cut at Great Clips, no matter what city I'm in. No gambling on a hair salon I'm not familiar with.
