- EResperanza ramosApr 1, 20265.0I originally went to Ulta, I was in the market for a new look, no one even acknowledged me, so I headed to Sephora and man am I glad I did! Everyone was so helpful and knowledgeable even with a 3 man crew they got the job done! I was greeted from the second I walked in!!! Chelsey did a great job of listening to my concerns and showing me how to use each product! I am so happy I stopped by and can’t wait to use all my new products! Thank you so much Sephora and the employees for being awesome!
- NJNate JanisseMar 31, 20261.0this store definitely racially profiles my friend who’s darkskin and mexican went in and she was walking around and she ended up getting followed until she left because the employees assumed she was stealing, and the same thing happened to my mexican boyfriend last time i was there. i also witnessed a white girl steal at least 100 worth of makeup and they let her walk out the front door and i see white people do that stuff everytime i’m in there. i will be going to the one at fashion fair from now on cause literally what is your guys problem go get the people actually stealing your products instead of following underage mexican kids who are browsing please half of your employees are colored anyways make it make sense.

She has such a bubbly personality and super easy to talk to. Great customer service is hard to come by nowadays but Jess delivered that. The reason why im not giving a full 5 star rating is because how understaff they were. I understand everyone is busy helping others so i waited a little longer but thats retail for ya.
