  I had a very disappointing experience at this salon. The customer service, especially from the receptionist, was poor. She came across as rude and had an unwelcoming attitude. As a new customer, I felt uncomfortable having to ask about the advertised 10–15% discount—it seemed like she was reluctant to offer it, as if it were coming out of her own pocket. In addition, the pricing felt excessive, and I was concerned by how management handled charges, Overall, the experience was frustrating. This salon would benefit from stronger management oversight to ensure better customer service and fair pricing practices. beside the manager always out of town and it’s never been there to handle the customers concerns. I had a disappointing experience with the reception staff at this salon. In particular, Audrey was rude and had a poor attitude, which made the visit uncomfortable. Based on my interaction, she did not seem to have the level of professionalism or customer service expected for this role. Overall, most of the receptionists I encountered did not come across as knowledgeable or experienced, and their behavior did not reflect well on the salon. The only positive experience I had was with one younger receptionist, who was polite and helpful. I hope management addresses these issues, as good customer service at the front desk is very important to the overall experience.

  Very unprofessional. I had a maternity shoot and Christina cancelled on me very last min. My appointment was at 12 pm and got a call at 10:30 am. She said she was sick. I totally understand ppl get sick but she called so last min. I couldn’t make other arrangements in time and she ruined my entire experience. If ur sick you should call ur clients in the morning right away at 8 am and not wait last min. I will never recommend this place.

  I’ve been a client of Evelyn’s for over 20 years. Professional and such a perfectionist. She always makes sure I receive excellent service and as an added bonus I often get compliments on my hair.

  It took 5 hours for something that usually takes 3, spend 1 hour at the sink because stylist kept on mixing the toner, applying it, washing it off and then same thing again. She also tried to brush my hair while in the sink, tangling my hair so bad. I had to re-wash my hair when I got home because it was still very sticky with the toner.. waste of time and money. My hair has zigzag highlights now.. so disappointing.
