- RRRose1 day ago1.0I’ve been a member for quite some time, but unfortunately this company has shown that it does not value its members. I had a family emergency and missed my appointment, and instead of understanding the situation, they used my prepaid massage without any consideration. The owner showed no care or flexibility, even given the circumstances. Very disappointing.

Made it impossible to relax during my 75 minutes massage with constant bass the entire time. The spa does nothing to stop it and does not warn their customers. i wasted a $130 giftcard. will not be coming back unless they fix this.
