- PCPaige carlucci2 days ago1.0Perla is foul! Beyond out of hand. When you work in customer service let’s not call our customers names in front of the floor. My 9 year old daughter was WITH ME. Poor Chris spent 30 minutes trying to help me find a foundation and he saw what I saw. My skins a mess. Perla walks up inserts herself, forces me into the brand she said to get and Chris walked away to grab it and I said, “he probably wants to kill me” he had spent a ton of time and it was hard. A figure of speech! This girl turns to me and says that sounds really crazy! Are you crazy? Do you realize how crazy you sound. All while batting those caterpillars she calls lashes. I maintained my composure as my 9 year old was with me. I WILL NEVER GO BACK! Not as long as she works there. She shouldn’t work with public, and the next time she says that I hope it’s to someone less nice as o was. I should have walked out, but I bought the crap. I will be returning to another store tomorrow! It didn’t register until we left what exactly happened. I did call corporate and I NEVER DO THIS. I filed a formal complaint and thanks Sephora for doing what’s right. In 15 years of shopping at Sephora I have never been publicly humiliated like I was today!

Thank you Ariela for the amazing customer service.

Very unprofessional and frustrating since I was traveling from out of town and the makeup service was for my maternity photoshoot. I understand things happen, however there should be backup/alternative artists in case of mishaps like this.
