  SalonCentric is the absolute worst! If you can avoid doing business with them I suggest you do so. SalonCentric no longer has customer service for stylist they expect stylist to do everything for themselves and if you do have an issue with your order good luck!!!! I’m constantly getting incorrect invoices I’m not getting my orders but yet they’re not telling me that they’ve tried to deliver them!!! No shipping e-may either! They sure send those invoices fast though! There is no communication whatsoever!!! Nobody knows what the other person is doing! Their app is a complete joke!! To fill out a claim form or a form that you’re missing your order is another joke good luck on submitting it. They have taken all of the reps away!There is no one to help you unless you call the East Coast! Also my orders have been delivered completely destroyed color boxes that are bent and torn and you cannot stack them, shampoo and hairspray missing the outer cap and the inner spray nozzle, things thrown in a box like it’s a trash box! Do yourself a favor and do not do business with this company! I have learned that my order was returned and as predicted they want me to re-submit! This is a large corporation that does NOT care about you or your salon!!! They respond on here like they want to help you . I got a laugh about that🤣they are of NO help! They just want to let you know they have more work for you to do out of YOUR precious time to maybe receive the shipment you have waited almost 2weeks for! They want YOU to take it up with UPS! Seriously.. try to take your business elsewhere!

  (Happened in fresno at the Blackstone location) I was harassed extremely two days ago by their assistant manager named Bianca. I walked in, she complemented my $70 dress which was fine. (which lets you know I wasn't even dressed badly) But then throughout my time shopping there she asked me four different times if she could "help me." After saying "no im fine" the fourth time I resumed looking at the hair dye; instead of Bianca walking away she kept staring at me like a guard dog and stood 2 feet away in that same spot for about 2 minutes making me feel very nervous,uncomfortable, and harassed. After those two minutes standing by me she finally walking away asking "Do you EVEN have a card here?" I bought my shampoo and I definitely had a membership card. I called later on and asked to talk to the manager nicely and Bianca got quiet and hung up on me. I called the manager today and complained and she kept on defending her employee which was odd..I will NOT be shopping here, Cosmoprof gave me FREE $30 "Its a 10" product samples, NEVER harassed me,and always made me feel like a valued customer. As long as Bianca is working at SalonCentric in Fresno, I recommend you shop at Cosmoprof instead or anywhere elsewhere. I will now be purchasing my favorite shampoo online or at Cosmoprof. In the end I win because they just lost my money:)
