She said she was sick. I totally understand ppl get sick but she called so last min. I couldn’t make other arrangements in time and she ruined my entire experience. If ur sick you should call ur clients in the morning right away at 8 am and not wait last min. I will never recommend this place.
- CRChar RangelApr 29, 20251.0I’m so mad and so sad I went and I got a “trim” here yesterday asking for no more than 2 inches cut off she tells me half an inch to cut off this little piece of blonde hair I had from before and I end up leaving with my hair over my shoulders with about 4 to 5 inches cut off and I’m so freaking upset. My birthday is coming up and I have a concert to go to and my hair looks so bad. This cut does not suit me and I’m so unhappy I feel so ugly:(

- LLLisa LisaJun 3, 20221.0The worst I asked tonya for a A-line and ended up w something so far off from what I asked for I couldn't stop sobbing she chopped so much of my hair off that it couldn't even be fixed my hair is so short I am unable to tie my hair up in a half ponytail I am so embarrassed of how my hair looks i had to pay another 200 for Clip on hair extension then gets in my daughter face yelling at her becuase she felt insulted that we didn't like what she done my hair. I will NEVER go there again! On the other hand my daughter hair looks great
