- HNHanh T NguyenOct 28, 20231.0I was call in store in Fremont on 10/25 to on hold for me 2 kits K-PAK Color Therapy Holiday Duo ( it was on sale ) By that time javelin talk with me on phone and She said only allowed on hold 48 hours only if I want to sure the best way I need to purchase that . I agree to payed $38.59 and also I was confirm with her will pickup on Saturday 10/28 because the store will close on Sunday. I coming the store at 39199-A farewell Dr Fremont Ca 94538 on Saturday to pickup my 2 sets of kits but the associate said it was there without reason so I was explained I was purchased last Wednesday she not there on last Wednesday so she call her Supervisor or Manager store and the answer from her supervisor is can’t do anything about it because the 2 kits I was purchased not there .. she said she will refund moneys to my credit card . I’m so disappointed about the service of that store . The name of that store is SalonCentric professional but the treat and the service was not professional.. never coming back that store again ..

Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.

In order to shop with SalonCentric, you must be a licensed salon professional or cosmetology student and have an account with SalonCentric. If you don't currently shop with SalonCentric, you can apply for an account at any of our store locations or on our website.
