When I inquired about the process, she dismissively stated that each Great Clips location has its own procedures. Despite informing her that I had visited this specific Great Clips before, she deliberately ignored my comment and shifted her attention to another customer, demonstrating a lack of professionalism and attentiveness. Here is photo showing I went in person and she didn't check me in. To someone looking at the wait queue it sends wrong message.
