- TCtracy chinnDec 24, 20251.0Great massage but zero stars for a “spa” experience. I checked in and was told to wait out front. I was not welcomed in or given a tour or a robe. If there’s a zen garden, no one told me about it. I happened to see a changing room with robes hanging up on my way out. I had a 70 min massage and 15 min scalp add on and thought I would be relaxing here but it was very transactional.

Our masseuse were attentive to our sensitivities. Even if you go in the rain make it out to the meditation garden; it is absolutely stunning and peaceful!
