Great massage but zero stars for a “spa” experience. I checked in and was told to wait out front. I was not welcomed in or given a tour or a robe. If there’s a zen garden, no one told me about it. I happened to see a changing room with robes hanging up on my way out. I had a 70 min massage and 15 min scalp add on and thought I would be relaxing here but it was very transactional.

We did the cedar soak and couples message and it was an absolute tranquil time. The cedar bath was a gradual build of heat broken up by lavender cold towels. Our masseuse were attentive to our sensitivities. Even if you go in the rain make it out to the meditation garden; it is absolutely stunning and peaceful!

Had a fantastic time for a Christmas given to me and my partner. The front staff was amazing and tended our every need before we knew we needed it. Our couples massage was extremely peaceful with Kumi and Elraya. We left feeling refreshed and Elraya was amazing working out the knots and tension I had all over. I also had a facial with Robin and my skin is still shining even the next day. My partner did the Cedar bath while I did my facial and he said all the tension was gone from him and that all the bath attendants were amazing at anticipating his needs for water and cool towels. We ended our time with tea in the meditation garden and could have spent all evening and night by the water. The entire establishment is cozy, clean and filled with amazing professionals from the management, the front staff, attendants and the providers giving services. I cannot wait to go back for another day of pure relaxation.

We loved our morning at Osmosis! We had no idea what the cedar bath would be but it ended up being really cool and interesting. It’s basically a big tub full of cedar shavings that are very hot. It felt like a weighted blanket and heated blanket combined. It was very relaxing. Our messages were amazing! I had my first hot stone massage. The masseuse did a combo of regular massage and hot stone. I felt like it allowed for deeper relaxation. My spouse had a Thai style but said there wasn’t as much stretching as they typically enjoy. The added on scalp massage was lovely! The grounds are peaceful and beautiful. Every staff member we encountered was so nice and welcoming. Book a morning treatment because it gets crowded as the day goes on.

My daughter and I had a nice visit getting their facial treatment. In my treatment room, they were having an ant infestation. I didn’t notice this until facial was over and I was getting ready to exit room. I saw lots of them along the wall next to product cabinet. I open the cabinet and ants were all over the products they use on clients. I did mention this as I was checking out. I felt she was a bit defensive, and I was only letting them know that they may want to wipe them down before clients used that room. Besides that it was a lovely experience.
