My hairstylist Antoinette did such an amazing job, I wanted long layers and for my hair to look more full, that’s exactly what she did. She paid attention to detail, she also recommended face framing which took the hairstyle to another level. Definitely recommend Antoinette!

During that time, every other customer who entered after me was greeted and asked about their check-in status. During the service, an excessive amount of water was sprayed, to the point that my neck and shirt became soaked, which was unnecessary. Even after the haircut was completed, my hair was not fully dried, and the service was provided in a careless and unprofessional manner. Throughout this experience, I felt deeply humiliated and experienced what I believe to be racial discrimination. My purpose in writing this is solely to bring attention to the discriminatory and insincere treatment of customers. I am not seeking any apology or compensation, as I do not intend to return or have any further interaction with this business.
