I came prepared with multiple photos of the exact bangs I wanted and emphasized that I wanted a dramatic change in both cut and style. The stylist barely spoke during the appointment, and when she finished, it looked nothing like what I had requested. It was essentially just a trim; you could hardly tell I’d had a haircut at all. I explained that I needed a noticeable change because I have a press conference tomorrow, a website rebrand and social media rollout underway, and I’m also heading into SF Tech Week next week. Unfortunately, this cut has thrown off my entire professional presentation and brand strategy. For a salon with such a nice setting, I expected far more communication and skill. This was a big letdown at a very critical time for me.
