The wait time was way longer than what was posted and I later saw it shoot up to a ridiculous 180+ minutes for later customers while I was waiting because there's only two people working there. The person cutting my hair spent over half an hour on a basic trim and after all that faffing about, we still had to call the other stylist over to finish it properly because she hadn't trimmed it well enough. Never coming here again.
