  I go see Roshana at this salon and she is AMAZING! I always bring a photo in of what I want, and each time she’s been able to give me the exact haircut, while giving me advice on what would look better due to my hair type. I find that important when looking for a stylist, cause all hair is different, and her advice shows that she cares about making her clients feel beautiful & happy. She is very sweet and was fun talking with her while she cut my hair. She also colored it once when I wanted my hair back to its natural color. And it came out great. Love her! You should defiantly book an appointment with her. Pictures below are BEFORE & AFTER:

  The absolute worst place I have hat I ever been EVER! I showed the lady exactly what I wanted. I explained that I wanted my hair to my shoulders, I wanted to be able to put it in a ponytail! She spent less than five minutes and whacked it off so quickly it’s just below my ear lobes I can’t put it in a ponytail. I would never ever recommend this place to anybody it doesn’t even deserve one star. And I can’t believe as I was crying they asked if I wanted to leave a ! ever go to this place! Worst experience in my 40 years of living!

  I was brave last semester in Idaho and decided that I wanted a pixie cut done. It ended VERY badly. I had to wait for months before I could try to get it fixed. I live here now, and I very timidly scheduled an appointment here at the JCPenney salon, hoping that I wouldn't get another botched job. What a good decision I made! I made my appointment on Friday, and I got in on Saturday. Roshanda was my stylist and the first thing she asked for was a picture of my goal. I showed her and she talked about it with me, looking over my hair and making sure I wanted it "this short" here and "blended like this" here. She was very careful and kind, making sure that she knew what I wanted. As she cut, she was careful and only took off small amounts at a time. She listened when I asked her to blend things, and she explained why we couldn't do somethings in the back due to cowlicks. She is fantastic! She turned my long, scruffy, boyish hairdo into a lovely, professional pixie. All of the staff were very kind and thoughtful. Definitely recommend!
