    Store says open till 4 and lights are on but doors are locked… if you don’t want to work on Sunday, just close your store. Don’t advertise you are open when you ain’t.

    Sunday November 20th. Showed up to the store at 245pm. Store says it's closes at 4pm. Sign on the front of the door says 12pm to 4pm. Sundays. Hours But the door is locked lights off and I've tried calling, no answer. Sat here for 10 min to see maybe if someone was on a break and not the case. Just disappointed about this. Store hours need to be changed.

What is the SalonCentric Return Policy?

Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears). Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.

Can anyone shop at SalonCentric?

In order to shop with SalonCentric, you must be a licensed salon professional or cosmetology student and have an account with SalonCentric. If you don't currently shop with SalonCentric, you can apply for an account at any of our store locations or on our website.
